Write the vision, make it plain, run with it!

Have you ever had a great idea? Ever woken up to have something on your mind you knew was great, but because you were so busy you didn?t have time to write it down? But did you have it happen that when you did try to write it down later in the day it seemed that the thought or vision disappeared?

Thoughts can change things when they are implemented. One of the first steps you should do is write it down as soon as possible. Don?t wait until later. I don?t know how many times I began my day with what I thought was an incredible idea or vision, but never wrote it down. If it is not written, it does not come to pass. If it is not written down, we can?t make blueprints or see what it can become.

Writing the vision down starts bringing it to life. There are two Bible verses that show the importance of having vision I would like to share.

Write the vision.

Writing the vision down is a timeless principle. Habakkuk 2:2 (MEV) says,??And the?Lord?answered me: Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he who reads it may run.?When it is written down and then implemented, those we lead can ?run? with it and we will see it succeed. A clear process begins to develop as it is made plain.

Keep teaching the vision.

Proverbs 29:18 says,??Where there is no vision the people perish, but happy is he who keeps the teaching.??After the vision is made plain, it is to be continually shared and taught to people as it grows, becoming reality.

Your vision may be a business idea, or a strategy to enhance your specialty or an approach to working with others. It could be a potential book or manual, or side business for you to create wealth and more jobs. When the vision or thoughts are written down, they begin solidifying. The vision written down helps us to start making a path or business plan that we can accomplish.

If we don?t write the vision down, then we can quickly forget it. But when it is written down we begin walking in the reward of its success. When it becomes successful not only are we positively affected, but many other people?s lives are changing for the better. All because we wrote the vision down and ran with it.

The next time you have a great thought or idea, write it down. And let us know how you have run with it and seen it succeed.

I've learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path. Transforming fear into freedom - how great is that?
